Michael K. Eggenberger is a senior associate with a focus on high stakes complex litigation. He has represented clients on a wide range on issues, including class actions, securities litigation, bankruptcy, breach of fiduciary duty, appeals, RICO, breach of contract, and complex financial fraud. Michael has also counseled clients in internal and government investigations, insurance disputes, and VA disability claims. His clients have included several of the biggest financial firms in the world, hedge funds, technology companies, industry groups, developers, sports agencies and individuals.Michael previously practiced at the law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Kaplan Rice LLP.
He graduated from New York University School of Law in 2013. Prior to studying law, Michael served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force working with remotely piloted aircraft communications.
