Our attorneys’ past trials include Apple v. Samsung, the “patent trial of the century.”

Our team also defeated Apple in its motion for summary judgment against our client Corellium. The Court dismissed all of Apple’s copyright claims against Corellium, finding fair use of iOS.

Members of the human rights practice have also litigated international human rights disputes involving foreign sovereigns, federal agencies, and commercial entities, and represented terrorist highjacking victims before the U.S. Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.
